Loved the staff- they couldn’t have been more helpful. First time here to bathe my 11.5 yo mixed pup- she is usually petrified of the whole process but we were able to bathe her which helped her trauma

Staff always offer to carry my purchase of cat litter to my car and I really appreciate that. They also always offer to help me find things.

Very helpful customer service. Prices are waaaay up there, however. I do use the dog washing facility, which is a nice service.
Great selection and always well-stocked. Friendly, knowledgeable staff always available to answer questions.
