Staff was friendly. A nice variety of treats and food, albeit pricey. However, since we no longer get rewards, we don’t go there very much. We used to go there a lot before. Loyalty programs provide an incentive to regularly return to the same place. Since we don’t have that, we look for other sources that are less expensive for getting supplies and treats.

Loved the staff- they couldn’t have been more helpful. First time here to bathe my 11.5 yo mixed pup- she is usually petrified of the whole process but we were able to bathe her which helped her trauma

Staff always offer to carry my purchase of cat litter to my car and I really appreciate that. They also always offer to help me find things.
