Alex and the rest of the employees provide fabulous costumer service!! Very eager to please. The only concern is that since PetPeople merged with Hollywood Feed it has been very challenging to get my special order of Answers Straight Chicken in stock. I love the staff yet getting the food I need for my dog because of his gastrointestinal issues has been a frustrating challenge.
