All the employees are so friendly and helpful. It is a huge pleasure to shop there! A lot of times I need special items ordered and always get all my things in a timely manner. Alex, the store manager, is absolutely awesome. She is a true asset to the store! I am a very happy customer!

Very easy process to order something I needed ahead of time and then just pulled up when the order was ready. They came right out and even included a coupon for my next visit. Very friendly and high recommend them

The employees were so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They showed no frustration with my three year old who was definitely enjoying herself selecting many toys and items for our dog and basically touching and wanting everything. It was a warm welcome from the unfriendly shopping experience I have had at another local store. We ended up making a game out of finding where the items went back on the shelves and the manager seemed surprised and offered to do it for us.
Friendly, very helpful, gave substitutes for what I couldn't find. Thanks for your expertise!
