I love shopping in the store, but I will never take my dog to be groomed there again. First of all, the groomer tried to tell me that she wouldn’t be done for 7 hours! She said if people came in for walk in services she had to stop and do that. Second of all, my dog’s appointment was at 3. At 3:30 the groomer was standing up front talking to the cashiers and had not even started. My dog was crying in the kennel.

I would normally give five stars but my most recent experience I was a little disappointed. When I entered the store there were a couple of young guys working there at the counter one was making some signs The other was talking to him. That's what they did the whole time I was there I thought maybe one of them could have offered to take my large bag of dog food to the car but they didn't neither did either one of the two girls that were there. I can take it out myself and I did in a cart but then I had to bring the cart back... read more
