This place has the BEST customer service! They always remember me and all about my dog including what food he eats. They will even take heavy bags to your car! Now that’s service!

Great staff, very helpful REALLY miss the dog wash! Any thoughts about making it a membership thing? Sign in and out, if someone trashes the equipment, they are billed or banned.

I have been a regular customer for over a year and sometimes they do not know me. I have been disappointed that they have not made me aware of all opportunities to save money. Service is huge to me and sometimes good there and sometimes non existent. If another place opened closer to me I would switch in a heart beat.

The staff at Hollywood feed could not make me and Diggit (my small 110 pup) feel more at home. From their knowledge of food, to shampoo, to the all important treat that is given upon "sit", we are always warmly welcomed. Great store, great people. Happy to be part of the HF family.
