The employees are great. Christina left after the change over… and that was crappy because she was amazing. However I used to go here all the time for my cat’s needs… it was the ONLY place that had the litter I like too… but after the switch all of a sudden they can’t get it anymore. Thankfully I know a place that can and it’s from the same vendor… so I’ve switched stores. The programs on cat food are great… the new system too… but the ability to keep the same products have gone down (for me at least)

Customer service excellent, good selection of healthy pet foods and treats. Only once did I have a problem with a customer service rep at the Washtenaw store. She would not redeem my 12 bar codes for Fromm dog food. I usually go to the store on Ann Arbor Saline Road now.

I brought my two dogs and needed food, treats and grooming supplies. I got everything I needed and the man helped take the heavy dog food to my car! Excellent service!!
