My apologies to the delivery driver Friday. My driveway was supposed to be to get scrapped again for the third time specially for your delivery, unfortunately he came the day after you delivered. I will have to commend you all on taking any complaints very seriously. I called and he came the day after. I did try to get it scraped better usually my neighbors are really good at helping to keep it clear. Again thank you for the fast turn around.

Reg was on time, courteous, and verified the connections to our gas appliances (2 heat pumps w/gas emergency heat). He also reset switches so that gas would flow to the units upon demand. He then performed the pressure test which was completed without issue. He also showed me a air purifier system that could be attached to the system but i was not interested at this time. He is a good rep for your company.
