Both Stacey Horner and Michael Nelson were stellar in their recent assistance! Stacey was certainly a breath of fresh air when we were getting set up as a new customer after moving into the area, but she was also instrumental in getting Michael to us to set-up/install a conversion kit for our gas dryer. Michael was pleasant, patient and diligent in getting everything connected properly, even with a few bumps that surfaced for him, he worked the issue to fruition! As usual, our guy showed up on schedule. Asked if we had experienced any problems or if we had any specific questions or concerns. We didn’t so he went about doing a full hvac inspection and checkup. Upon completion we reviewed the checklist of what was done during the inspection. Several possible additions to our system were discussed but nothing was needed at this time. As usual, it was an enjoyable and learning experience. Always a joy to deal with Holtzman staff and service personnel.

Found out one of my ac unit went on blink. Call Holtzman coop and they scheduled it for the same afternoon. The technician when right to work and had it back on line I a few minutes. He did a great job.

Andrew came out to repair our gas fireplace, but the part that was ordered was the wrong one. He offered an inspection on our HAVC system for the inconvenience. In the process he found issues we were not aware of. Andrew did an excellent job at explaining what the problems were and importance of having the nessasary repairs made. He was very professional and knowledgeable given us options. He even showed my husband the mold growing in our unit in the basement, he cleaned the units, made other necessary repairs he found.
