Sorry I forgot the young man’s name (he is Lisa’s son), upon arrival he was polite, friendly & professional. Told us what he was going to do & after step explained exactly what he did. Made sure fireplace & range were working properly. Very satisfied!

Everyone i have spoke with at holtzman has been great. The gentleman that installed our tank was professional and friendly.
