From beginning to end it was great. Will did a good job in getting me the info I needed to select the right product. Lisa was tremendous in answering all my questions, providing me options and went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. The install went smoothly. Craig was pleasant and professional. He explained everything and also did a great job in “cleaning up.” Everyone I dealt with represented your company very well. All in all I could not have asked for more.

The technician was great. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. We did have an issue with scheduling. The original install was scheduled for a Monday, this was changed to Wednesday due to a mechanical problem with a truck. The work was not completed on Wednesday and the technician was not scheduled to return until Friday. We are new customers with Holtzman and new users with propane gas and fire logs. The technician that came out was very informative and patient as I had a variety of questions. He explained what he would be doing and showed me how to operate the valve on the tank if for reason we needed to shut it off.
