Ryan attended home today to investigate issue with Washing Machine that was no longer spinning. He found a motor issue and was able to repair it on the same visit. Very friendly engineer, tidy and courteous. Very happy with homecare and team. Would definitely use again
Lee was brilliant. Really helpful and just a lovely guy in general.
Lee did an excellent job. Very thorough. Explained everything to us. Very personable. Left everywhere in good order. We’re not happy that the onus is now on us to arrange the appointments. It doesn’t happen with other service contracts. Unfortunately there can be slippage, meaning that our visits are not at regular intervals even though you’re taking monthly payments.
