James was brilliant I had Armchair Settee and the carpets cleaned. My Sofa and recliner chair look as good as when I bought it six years ago I have never had it cleaned it really looks nice and not wet at all. The same for lounge and hall carpets. Thank you James.

Owen was such a lovely guy and so good to talk to - we chatted about being dog owners whilst he worked and he was so good with my dog letting him wander around having a nosey at all the hoover parts. He did a great job with servicing both my hoovers. I have always commented on how friendly and nice your ladies and engineers are and Owen has proved again the truth of that.
