Rob has been twice now to my house as he advised I needed another part which was fine. On the first visit he was professional and polite and explained that I needed another part that he didn’t have. Paul is a very pleasant young man who cleaned a bedroom carpet, rug and sofa for us. He did a very good job, explaining things as he went. Sadly though the coffee stains were not totally banished, however, the items look a look cleaner generally.
