Andy rang me to advise his time of arrival and arrived with young man who was training. He demonstrated the cordless vacuum and let me try it out. He was friendly and efficient and I agreed to take advantage of the current trade in deal

Engineer turned up within timescale promised along with a trainee. Carried out service efficiently, thoroughly and quickly whilst explaining his methods for my benefit as well as the trainee. Discussed other service options as well as the price increase. No pressure to take up options. Also demonstrated new lightweight cordless vac.
