Gary arrived on time, introduced himself in a polite manner and asked where to set up. He was polite and efficient throughout the visit cleaning and inspecting thoroughly. He was chatty, proud of his job and he was observant and listened to my briefing on how the machine performed. He ordered that some small items, filters, needed to be ordered and explained why. Another item had to be ordered also as it wasn't an easy fix. Overall Gary was an ambassador for your business.
Darren was courteous, friendly and left my oven squeaky clean he also demonstrated your vac/mop device wich is an interesting idea but I find it too heavy for myself to use comfortably

Gary was on time. Very early start to get me in as I was expecting 0800/1000 but he had been double booked and he was supposed to come pm when I would be out. Polite and courteous

My engineer arrived a few minutes early and set to work cleaning my oven, the hob and put a Homecare washing machine tablet into my washing machine to clean it.
