Bought an electric reclining chair with all the bells and whistles about 3 years ago. From the Koloko Homeworld. It had a 3 year warranty. A couple months before the warranty expired the chair woke up dead one morning. The store where I bought it was now closed. Rats! But wait, it's a chain. Called a different location, gave them the serial number and they said, "no problem ". They dispatched their excellent technician right away with a new brain in hand. We like the quality of furniture of this store, if you live in kona area it's very convenient as far as location and shipping. Delivery service is good. The selections are varied and furniture is fairly high quality which is important to us. I would say the major negative would be that the sales people tend to be off standish towards prospective buyers. It might be that they want customers to browse at first before approaching but the last 3 times we were there we had to search out the sales people and they seemed disintere... read more
Our salesperson Richard was very knowledgeable and helped us with solutions for any of the furniture we bought including bedroom, outdoor furniture, etc. He also investigated every possibility and provided us with time periods for furniture discounts. We keep going back to Richard because he is so reliable and very knowledgeable about the furniture.

The furniture is affordable and holds up based upon the value and money spent. Recieved my shipment from the Pearlridge, Oahu location in record time. Janet, Designer at Pearlridge placed the order and had it put on the next ship out to the Kailua-Kona store the same week! Then the Kona Homeworld arranged the delivery within the next week! I had an incredibly positive experience working with everyone at HomeWorld, Kailua-Kona. They assisted me with living, dining and bedroom furniture with a very limited inventory available on the islands. They really came through for me on a very tight timeframe. I bought a house in Hawaii Dec 26, 2017! Closed March 2018 and I needed to furnish the whole thing! I also use it as a vacation rental. I wanted High End furniture that will last and not break.
