RecommendedGreat process getting checked in. Friendly staff. Love the video from the service showing the inspection of your vehicle. Great waiting area with free ice cream. I will have to say this is the best service department of any dealership I have ever been to.

They take good care of your car and keep you up to date on any problem you might have or didn’t know you had. So that way you’re not stuck in the middle of nowhere without any help! I drove (6) hours down to Tennessee to buy this SUV; when I was negotiating price with Austin, i mentioned i was going to spend the night and get a hotel room before driving (6) hours back to DC.
