We have had a great experience with Honda of Kingsport. The Service Department is easy to work with to schedule oil changes. Friendly staff that keep you updated during each visit.

Excellent Service... anyone can sell you a car, but some want you in the car you want to be in. Brian Traynor will help you get the car you really want.
Genuine Honda parts. Good communication by advisors. The videos of findings are very helpful. Shuttle service is a nice bonus. Free coffee, ice cream and popcorn is a plus while one waits.
