I’m very critical of dealers due to so many bad experiences, but I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Josh, Brennan, Zach and Kaylee we fantastic and incredibly friendly and honest. We have a toddler and an infant and my wife needed to come as well because the trade in was hers, but it was an very pleasant experience. They offered my toddler a play room and ice cream. I purchased a CR-V last November, worked with Brian Traynor and was very pleased with the experience. He was very helpful. Treated us like family. Janie Bonner, service advisor, made sure and arranged help so two older folks were not stranded in a HOT car alone and scared. Two other folks whose names I did not get, got us safely back to the dealership in a short period of time, repairs were made and we were on our way. We enjoyed ( popcorn and ice cream for lunch, and plenty of cold water.)

I had been wanting a new Honda. Well, I found it at Honda Kingsport. Great friendly staff. My salesman, Rodney Smith is the best. He knows his Hondas. Got any questions all I have to do is call him. Prompt appointment scheduling, friendly customer service representatives, insightful vehicle video by a trained auto technician along with a hard copy of mechanical condition of your car with urgent , future maintenance and good classifications, but best of all, you are not pushed into a suggested but not necessarily needed vehicle maintenance; such as a very expensive coolant flushing. I almost forgot the comfortable waiting area with beverages and snacks.
