Excellent Service... anyone can sell you a car, but some want you in the car you want to be in. Brian Traynor will help you get the car you really want.
Genuine Honda parts. Good communication by advisors. The videos of findings are very helpful. Shuttle service is a nice bonus. Free coffee, ice cream and popcorn is a plus while one waits.
Our Service Advisor Brayden was great. Courteous and knowledgeable about our Honda and our needs. Great personality and treated us like longtime friends instead of random customers. Honda Kingsport has always excelled with our expectations and service advisors like Brayden are a true asset to the team.
