I was checked in by a guy with a super people personality and who made to feel very welcomed and secure in knowing he was trustworthy for my car . When I picked up my car later everyone went the extra mile to reassure me all was well and make me feel safe in knowing they had took good care of the problem. A shout out to Honda Kingsport. ❤️

So, I went in for an oil change on my HRV and drove away with a new 2020 Honda Accord. Wait!! Wha?!! How did that happen??? Combination of great salesman (Steven Mortensen), excellent trade-in offer on my HRV that I bought there in 2017, good deal on new Accord, easy financing (thanks Andrew) and overall courteous staff (Wally - great job on explaining features and options). I have never purchased twice from the same dealership until now. My husband said, he'd never let me go alone to get an oil change again. LOL. Thank you Honda Kingsport. Love my new ride!
