RecommendedI just want to say that Honda of Kingsport has some great staff. I didn't have an appointment but my maintenance light came on so I go to Honda of Kingsport and they work me in to get my oil changed. I had been told by another dealership that I didn't need it changed until 10000 miles which I told them I didn't think that was right but they insisted that it was. Anyway I ended up with Ryan Carmody as my service advisor and he was just the best. Anyone needing service from Honda of Kingsport I highly recommend Ryan.

RecommendedI had the oil changed and tires rotated today at Honda Kingsport, for my CRV. I immediately was able to pull my vehicle into the service bay. I was informed via video of the progress and results . There was a recall I was not aware of, and the service department fixed that too. Great waiting area, clean bathroom, great coffee, great service team.
