RecommendedThe service advisor Austin really went above & beyond today. We brought our car in for new tires & an oil change. The mechanic found several other problems. Austin explained everything in detail & answered all of our questions. He & the mechanic explained which problem should be fixed 1st & which could wait a bit. We were totally put at ease upon speaking with both of them. We're so grateful we chose Honda Morristown & not some other Honda dealer. Thanks Austin for being so kind & helpful.

Had warranty work done on my son’s car. Even though it wasn’t purchased at this dealership, they treated me as if it was. They actually took video of completed work and sent me a link via text to view what they did. Excellent option. They did a great job and were friendly and professional.

Service was great! No pressure into buying things you didn't need.... just let me know what service the car might need and at what point in the future so that I would be prepared. Service person was courteous and thoughtful. Can't say enough about Honda Morristown!
They have always been a great place to trade &/or buy a vehicle from & have always kept their word. The sales people are the best. I would rate the entire dealership based on 1 to 10 as a definite 10.
