RecommendedCasey was polite, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. While waiting in the spotlessly clean lounge area I received a short video of service work as it was being done. Casey gave me an estimated work time of 90 minutes but everything was finished in less than an hour. I'll definitely return to Honda Morristown again.
I highly recommend Darryl Setsor as a service advisor. He is always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable of the system. He is always willing to go above and beyond for clients; esp. emergencies.
The service advisor Austin really went above & beyond today. We brought our car in for new tires & an oil change. The mechanic found several other problems. Austin explained everything in detail & answered all of our questions. He & the mechanic explained which problem should be fixed 1st & which could wait a bit. We were totally put at ease upon speaking with both of them. We're so grateful we chose Honda Morristown & not some other Honda dealer. Thanks Austin for being so kind & helpful.

Had warranty work done on my son’s car. Even though it wasn’t purchased at this dealership, they treated me as if it was. They actually took video of completed work and sent me a link via text to view what they did. Excellent option. They did a great job and were friendly and professional.
