I've had Pretty Good service from Morristown Honda. With a few exceptions: I had an appointment but my car is not finished in a timely manner. Held overnight in one case. 4hrs is to long for an oil change and tire rotation as well. After the tire rotation the tpms calibration light was on and my wife stop driving the car on the way home thinking a tire was flat. I don't usually leave reviews but recently I had some five-star service at Honda Morristown that was just too good not to share. My wife and I were on a long needed vacation to the Smoky mountains. We were 500 miles from home when our vehicle suddenly broke down with a computer code that caused the engine to run very rough. We nursed the sick Ridgeline into the dealership and explained our situation. Within 15 minutes they had us a loaner vehicle and insured us they would take care of our truck.
