RecommendedJust had my 2021 Honda Pilot serviced ( purchased new at Honda Morristown). Overall experience was great,as usual. Only thing negative, which quickly turned positive. The mechanic that did my oil change, had grease all over my leather driver’s seat. Informed my service advisor, Dee and he immediately cleaned it with some type special cleaner he had. Dee was great!

RecommendedI want to thank our local Honda dealership for sarcastically recommending we take our business to another dealership because they didn't think their prices could be beaten; we heeded that advice and checked multiple Honda dealerships all over East Tennessee (Chatt to Knox to Bristol). Honda Morristown came in thousands (yes, plural) below anyone else and made the experience a breeze. I would recommend giving Hunter a text or call!

RecommendedI was coming to Morristown from Knoxville and had a problem with my tire. Matthew Claunch the Service Adviser got me in for a new set of tires right then. He was very friendly and had me back on the road in a little over 1 1/2 hrs. I will be driving to Morristown Honda for all my car needs.
