I want everyone to know about Honda Morristown. We got my daughter a Chevy Cruze for her 1st vehicle. This was in March. She has not been able to drive it for 2 weeks. The power has completely stopped. They wanted me to trade it in for a completely new vehicle for $500 car payment & also asked me for more $ down. I declined both. They also said they had another 2014 Honda. I said ok. They then come back and say we can get you in a new one. I said no. She doesn’t need that, nor does want it. He says why? I've been carrying a car by the gas pump since November 2024 and it still keeps telling me that it doesn't have it and that's a factory defect that I have a call of that to replace it and still nothing until today's date
NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER SEND MY WIFE'S CAR TO BE SERVICED FROM YOU. WE HAVE OUR PROOF OF THE VEHICLES CONDITION BEFORE BROUGHT THERE. THE DRIVER SIDE WAS NOT MAKING A NOISE THE BOTH PASSENGER WHEELS ARE CURVED. I WAS TOLD 3 DIFF STORIES FROM THE TECH, ADVISOR AND SUPERVISOR. WHERE'S YOUR CAMERA FOOTAGE ???? Guys started out nice and helpful. I do feel like I was completely overcharged. My bill went from $215 to $480 because a sensor was loose. The advisor told me it would be around $300 something with the sensor. The sensor was in open view as soon as the car was on the lift. The next morning it was $480 total. Before I left the review I even tried to address the concern with the service advisor which told me 3 different things as why I was billed out that way.
