I bought a brand new 2026 HRV a few months back. There are 2 issues, a rattling noise every time I accelerate & the paint on the drivers side is fading in one area. I've tried a few times to contact Honda Morristown but NO ONE returns the calls. When I call in it's always someone else's responsibility. I think I have to contact Honda corporate and let them know.

service department are thieves. Honda doesn't stand behind their products and they block and delete reviews they dont like. search the reviews online and go buy a Toyota or ANY other brand besides Honda. avoid this stealership at all costs
