My husband took our CRV in for a simple oil change, oil filter change, and a tire rotation because we received a coupon in the mail for all of that for $49.99 plus tax. My husband spent 2 hours with our 2 year old daughter at Honda. Coming out paying $542 FOR NOTHING WE ASKED FOR. They added on brake fluid change, transmission fluid change, air cabin filter, and an engine air filter when my husband CLEARLY declined due to finances, we have a baby due in 3 months, AND told them he ONLY wanted what was on the coupon. I went here because of all the good reviews and even had a friend get a vehicle from them. Omg for days now it’s been like pulling teeth to get anybody from the finance department or sales to contact me. I found a 10k GMC was told everything should be good with it then POOF, never contacted and now it’s magically off it’s website. Terrible customer service from multiple salesmen, will never take my business there again. I guess they only treat you like somebody if you want a $25k car, which I am not.

Absolutely terrible experience. I found a great car and had a great time working with the salesman, Clint. Upon speaking to his manager, he prices the car 2k over what I told them I would be willing to do. I told them no and countered with what I would give (already a few hundred OVER the current value) and he laughed and said "Can you do a few hundred more?" I tried for six months to buy a car from Honda Morristown. Then five months later, when it finally was in stock, I put a deposit down to hold it, and it ended up being sold to someone else after I paid. No one called to tell me. I had to check up on it myself. In fact no one ever calls you back or e-mails you unless you make a fuss, which I don't like to do. at first everything was great, I got my car at a price I liked, loved the sales person I worked with, got a good warranty, and got us out of there fast and had everything ready to go. 3 days later I tested my DVD player, one of them glitches! I asked about them at the dealership but they didn't have a DVD to see if it worked. Now I have to pay $100 to get it fixed when I paid $28,500 on a used SUV!! Crappy!! Your guy told my wife the charge for the 2 keys we had made would be $162.00 with no mention of any other charges. Then, after the keys were made we were charged $140 extra and all your people could say was, "Well, they should have told you. That's just what we charge. Sorry " This experience just furthers the idea that car repairs at a Honda dealer results in these kind of outrageous charges and makes me more certain to never buy a car there or have one serviced there.
