RecommendedI've been carrying a car by the gas pump since November 2024 and it still keeps telling me that it doesn't have it and that's a factory defect that I have a call of that to replace it and still nothing until today's date

THE DRIVER SIDE WAS NOT MAKING A NOISE THE BOTH PASSENGER WHEELS ARE CURVED. I WAS TOLD 3 DIFF STORIES FROM THE TECH, ADVISOR AND SUPERVISOR. WHERE'S YOUR CAMERA FOOTAGE ???? Guys started out nice and helpful. I do feel like I was completely overcharged. My bill went from $215 to $480 because a sensor was loose. The advisor told me it would be around $300 something with the sensor. The sensor was in open view as soon as the car was on the lift. The next morning it was $480 total. Before I left the review I even tried to address the concern with the service advisor which told me 3 different things as why I was billed out that way. edit:// NOW they are picking up the phone, and hanging up on us. They have the car, its been a week and everytime weve tried to call them the general manager isnt there? somehow! Again. This company needs to be investigated. If anyone has ever had an issue with them id encourage you guys to make claims of your reports through Honda Corporate. These people should be ashamed! I knew dealerships always charge more but $3,300 more?!?! that's robbery! my kid got an estimate for $3,500 to do work and when we told our local mechanic all it needed their estimate was half that so we took it there. When they did the actual work, it DIDN'T NEED ANY OF IT! Just an O-ring which cost $200!
