4 hour oil change…. Enough said. � recall work was rescheduled because parts weren’t there but didn’t tell me until car had been there over an hour. Recall parts were supposed to be there though.

My wife got a car here 2023 honda crv, told them I wanted all the warranties added she could possibly get. I wanted a blown light bulb to be covered under warranty( I told the salesman sarcastically). $10,000 worth of warranties later, A rock hits the parking sensor on the front bumper and they don't cover It cause they claim the collision sensor went off without a scratch or dent on this car.had them order the part($400) and they said it was on back order and they'd let us know when they got it. called 3 weeks later and the... read more

we will never trust the service dept. again. $450+ charged on our card for service we said WE DID NOT want done. Our card was run BEFORE we were told the grand total. With just over 14,000 miles on our 2019 rsv , we were told if they hadn't flushed the (sealed) transmission and rear end fluids then it would have voided our warranty. Which was not a true fact. I purchased a 2021 Honda Accord, the car had an after market remote start that we did not put on the car or know that it was on there. This later caused the car to not work properly. The dealership wants us to pay to take this off and repair the car. We would have not purchased this car knowing it had this issue and the expected to pay for something that we did not add. If I thought it would actually make a difference, I would contact corporate. My experience with some of the members of the pre-owned team has been absolutely horrible. My first mistake was trying to do business with them TWICE. First of all, they sold me a car that has a transmission issue and assured me it did not. Four months after purchasing the vehicle, a radiator hose broke, so I brought it back. STAY AWAY! I purchased a tire rotation and oil change package for my mothers car. When she brought he car in for service they CHARGED her for the service even though it was pre-purchased. I've called twice to get a refund and was told I would get a call from the finance office to get a refund. BIG LIE! I wouldn't say that I would not recommend them but when you advertise as "Home of the Lifetime Warranty" maybe you should totally inform the customer what the warranty totally covers!! I purchased my Nissan there 5 years ago and transmission has went out. So therefore they can not fix it at Honda where I purchased the car and I had to have it towed to Nissan dealer and now waiting on approval for the warranty to cover the transmission!! Worse experience ever purchased a 2017 honda sante fe 3 months ago it uses 2 courts of oil a week! Promised to resolve the problem and do all they can for me which I haven’t seen anything from them steer clear from the junk they have on their lot !!! Biggest mistake I’ve made
