We’ve worked with this dealership twice now. Once when I was buying my Odyssey and this time buying a used trade in Toyota Sequoia. Salesmen are amazing especially Frank and Shawn. Easy to work with. The sales manager worked with us to get the price we wanted. The only issue we had was with the finance guy. We weren’t financing it, paying cash but he would not take the hint or move on about the warranty. Was accommodated with a smile and I hope with a good deal. It only has been a few days since I bought my vehicle but it seems to be perfect for me. The only thing I would recommend is staff be professional with their language. Steve, our salesman, was very helpful, especially in going over the features in my vehicle.

I received a promotional flyer from Tracy Williams, in the mail and decided to call her and just see what they could do to get me out of my 2019 Accord and into a CRV. A huge shout out to the service department at Honda of Indian Trail. My son has struggled for over a year with his car dying if he goes a few days without driving it. After taking it in for the obvious things new battery (a few times) and changing the alternator the problem continued. He explained they would need to keep his car to observe the battery is being drained by something. After several days he received a text it was ready.
