RecommendedWas accommodated with a smile and I hope with a good deal. It only has been a few days since I bought my vehicle but it seems to be perfect for me. The only thing I would recommend is staff be professional with their language. Steve, our salesman, was very helpful, especially in going over the features in my vehicle.

I received a promotional flyer from Tracy Williams, in the mail and decided to call her and just see what they could do to get me out of my 2019 Accord and into a CRV. A huge shout out to the service department at Honda of Indian Trail. My son has struggled for over a year with his car dying if he goes a few days without driving it. After taking it in for the obvious things new battery (a few times) and changing the alternator the problem continued. He explained they would need to keep his car to observe the battery is being drained by something. After several days he received a text it was ready. Steve , my salesman was very helpful in his knowledge of Honda’s . He had the paper work completed and went over the features of my crv with me . Have owned Honda’s in the past and hope I get as great as service out of this purchase.
Everyone there were so nice,friendly and helpful. We had to bring all our kids with us. The staff was so kind to them by giving them water and even let them watch movies and eat popcorn. We left with a great van the the family really needed thanks to Shawn Warden. If you need help getting into a vehicle please ask for him he is awesome. You can also use my name as a referral.
