I received a promotional flyer from Tracy Williams, in the mail and decided to call her and just see what they could do to get me out of my 2019 Accord and into a CRV. A huge shout out to the service department at Honda of Indian Trail. My son has struggled for over a year with his car dying if he goes a few days without driving it. After taking it in for the obvious things new battery (a few times) and changing the alternator the problem continued. He explained they would need to keep his car to observe the battery is being drained by something. After several days he received a text it was ready. Everyone there were so nice,friendly and helpful. We had to bring all our kids with us. The staff was so kind to them by giving them water and even let them watch movies and eat popcorn.
