The scheduling department called before and gave the approximate time for the driver to show up and he qas there at that exact time. The tech was very helpful in answering questions and very down to earth. The service was really good and efficient. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within minutes. The tech also scheduled up my next follow apt. Great service and very impressed for my first time using Horizon
We attempted to install a new thermostat and in the process we didn’t have any heat. We called Horizon Services. They sent a very knowledgeable technician the next day who not only got the heat back on but installed our new thermostat in the process. We would definitely use Horizon again for any heating or cooling services.
