Dirty sheets and heater broken on high. The property is pretty. There is a lot of construction in parking area, not a big deal. Looks clean...until we turned down the bed and the sheets were dirty. There was ketchup or blood on them. We requested 2 times for them to be changed at the front desk. Do not stay here!! It is not worth the money. Booked our reservation for April 12-16, checkin process went well but when made it to our room it was uncomfortably hot, 80 to be exact. I turned the AC to 65 and went to gamble for a few hours. When we returned, 3hours later the room hadn’t cooled down any. Contacted front desk, and was told that AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT OFFERED IN THE WINTER, OPEN THE WINDOW and was provided a box fan. Temperatures during our stay, in the SPRING, reached the mid 80s. The property was secure, and we felt safe. There were plenty of slots in the casino. We were charged $14 daily for ???. The room was not serviced the entire time we were there. Coffee, water, towels, tp, etc... were not replenished. I called the desk and asked for a few items and no one showed until the next morning.

Our stay was ok our shower got clogged the first night as we got to the hotel we ate and showered after and our shower flooded up and wouldn’t let us shower in peace cause we had to hurry before it all spilled out other than that our hotel was good we love staying here but we were disappointed this time with the room hope to get my deposit back and maybe a lil discount or something cause we didn’t feel as clean as we wanted to be haha or comfortable it was a nice trip hope to do it again…

They ran out of blankets. I called the day before and asked if we needed to bring blankets and was told no. The safe in the room didn’t not work. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and said there was nothing they could do. There was no ice machine on our floor. The cash out machines were not working. We won’t return.

Check in was easy. Our room smelled like cigarettes The bathroom in the room we were in was not clean. There were clumps of hair on the floor, soap in the shower, something brown splattered on the shower glass and the counter had not been wiped off.

Hize la reservacion online una cama king 2 personas era una sola noche debido a la tormenta so era una emergencia y al llegar no tenian disponible, tuve q coger una habitacion doble lo cual ya habia pagado online 123 dolares mas 236 en el hotel osea una sola noche me salio casi en 400 dems esta decir q hize check in a las 11 y 40 cadi de la noche pq como dije fue una emergencia por la tormenta de nieve que me tuve q quedar

Staff not very polite. Asked to be closer to elevator, end of hallway. Tv doesn’t work. Told, maybe tomorrow. No extra blanket in room.

The room was nice and clean. The refrigerator didn’t work and when we asked to have it looked at, we were given a blow off and told they never work. The cashier was by herself and made sure everyone in line waiting new it. She talked poorly of several guests and left a poor taste in our mouths. Spend your money elsewhere.
