They would not give us 2 keys for 2 people staying in the room. They said we needed to go to the front desk and ask them to let us up and in our room!

Elevators broken. Took 40 mins from checkin to get to the room to just drop off a bag and get an elevator back down.

I booked this hotel under my name as I was shooting an elopement there in town, but myself and my client knew there was a possibility of an associate coming instead. That is what ended up happening to do medical reasons. My associate showed to the hotel at 9pm and was not let into the room that was fully paid because it was under my name.
