I went last night to spend my birthday and while I was getting ready, one of the doors from the bathroom cabinet fell off hurting my feet and I was unable to properly walk. I called front desk and they sent maintenance but they didn’t even sent a bag of ice for me, I’m still hurting…

Our sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain. Our blackout curtains were cut and barely covered the door opening. Was a lot of early morning light coming in. Left to get coffee in the morning and when we returned our battery key reader had died. Locked out of our room. Called for extra blankets because there is no comforter on the beds (just like 4 layers of sheets) and said there was no housekeeping to deliver blankets to us. My 3rd time at this hotel and may not ever stay again.

The keys to my room didn't work so finally after a long walk to the lobby I finally got a different room. I wasn't told how to get to the 6th floorso bout an hour later. Staff showed me..No T.V. channels & wanted to charge for a 30min late checkout

The Room Was Kind Of Dirty And The Bed Sheets Had Blood Spots On Them. The Room Was Very Hot And The Furnace Wasn't Working To Cool It Down So I Had To Open The Windows To Cool It Down. It Was Very Hard To Get A Drink From The Waitresses While Gambling To Where I Had To Purchase Drinks From The Bar

It's going downhill unfortunately. On a busy Saturday, only 2 functioning elevators. Housekeeping slamming doors against security bars early in am was a rude awakening. Staff at front desk not friendly at all. The room was clean, but could hear everything in the hallway and room next door.

Where to start. I upgraded to premium room which included water, coffee and high speed internet. The water were mini bottles for the coffee machine that didn't work and the refrigerator didn't work. Aso when we went to our room it was 78 degrees, we were told they didn have the hvac on and to open a window. Of the 2 windows one didn't have a screen and the other one was broken. I did report this to the front desk and they did refund 16.63 resort fee.
