The staff were all very friendly, from checking in to bartender and deli worker. The room was nice and clean, but you could still smell the old smokey smell of cigarette smoke. Walls are pretty thin. The room next to me was blasting music until about midnight or so. I was passing thru for business and had to be up early. Made for a short restless night. The casino itself was pretty dirty as well as elevators and hallways. They have a bar to sit at but you can't order food. Only the grab and dash deli. Food was ok. More like ... read more

My room was good,however the food was very disappointing. The price are high and the menu has limited options. Nowhere to eat after a certain time that isnt pricey and the food down right nasty...

Best stay for the price Formerly the Isle casino, the horseshoe was very nice! We really had a good time and the rooms were super clean and the beds very comfy

Traveling with my dogs This is the only pet friendly hotel in Black Hawk and they make you feel very welcomed with your pets. They could have a better area for walking your dogs.

Great location to be able to walk to other casinos, hotel was clean and rooms were very nice
