Room was nice- clean and staff was friendly. However there was no hair dryer in room and when I called front desk they said I had to wait for room service to arrive- 1 and 1/2 hours later! My husband and I had to leave the hotel with wet hair in winter temps. I was disappointed that front desk couldn’t think outside the box and get a dryer to me from another room. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Loved it all. Maid service was a little off. The room was excellant as well as casino and food court.

What upset me the most is when I went to ask for a towel (because it was 4 of us in the room and only 3 towels in the bathroom) the girl asked for my room # and so I asked if there was a charge, she said no that it was so housekeeping could take it to my room. I asked her when would they would deliver it and she said she didn’t know. So then I told her that I don’t like when I let a hotel know it’s 4 in a room and I don’t get 4 towels and it was late and we all wanted to shower and rest. The staff really didn't explain how to get to the rooms in the elevator. We had never used a card to get up to the rooms. We were up and down the elevator until someone in the elevator explained it to us. The rooms had no information on restaurants, didn't have anything on the phone on who to contact. Not enough cups in the room.

Property was nice. Restaurants ok. Did enjoy our stay. Rooms have been updated and were nice. Staff was very helpful but some were new but did their very best to be helpful. No moderate priced restaurant. Just an Ok restaurant.
