Ok place The hotel looked dated. The front desk staff was ok, not very enthusiastic . Beds in the room were not comfortable and could use new pillows. Shower was great though. Slots were tight and the drinks were weak.

Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff no problems checking in. They are short on staff for food servers but didn't wait to long on Saturday about an hour.

4.5 out 5 stara The room itself was nice. Clean. Comfortable. My loved the fact that we could open the windows and let in that cool mountain air in. (For those who have visited other casinos know this isnt the standard). The casino itself was good. Only complaint would be that they did not have enough servers walking the floor. And the casino was full the days that i stayed. Overall great stay.

For the price i paid i was exspecting it to be a top hotel. Short staffed I presume but shared pillows and not enough coffee and cups in rooms. Disappointed overall.

All in one casino at hotels the scenery and the food Buffet at the Monarch hotel across the street was excellent 😋

Next time you visit you should check out Farmer's Pick Café. We have an all you can eat crab dinner on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Also, it's much less expensive than what that other place makes you pay.
