Sammy came out on time and fixed one problem which disclosed a second problem with the thermostat. He fixed both problems in one trip and everything works like a champ. Highly recommend Sammy!

We have had issues with our air conditioning for over a year. We had four other companies and technicians come out and they couldn't find the problem. Technician Sammy was very thorough in diagnosing the issue with our AC. He explained the cause and best resolution to fix the issue. Sammy was empathetic as he informed us the issue or parts needed to fix the AC were not covered by Home Serve but he was able to give affordable options to get the repairs. We are appreciative for the prompt (same day) service call, honest, fair and respectful way Sammy handled our AC issue. The Johnson’s (Humble, TX)
