From the moment you arrive at the gates of Altavista that lead you to your condo at Marbella you know you made the right decision on your rental. The condo is immaculately clean, spacious and has everything you need when you are away from home. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Los Suenos was absolutely beautiful. Service was exceptional and the restaurants were amazing.Charter boat crew were entertaining and very dedicated to put us on the fish! A great time....looking forward to our next visit!
Had a great time in Los Suenos. The accommodations were great - very clean and spacious. Kids loved having the pool right outside our door as well as the variety that the beach club offered. The staff at HRG was very helpful in coordinating all of our needs - transports, excursions and stocking our unit with groceries/beverages. We would definitely return to Los Suenos.
I first need to thank Mike Hardy and his staff at HRG. What a great trip! Everything you could ever hope to have when working with a local expert was taken care of by Mike and his group. When we arrived at the villa we were greeted by a HRG staff member who gave us a tour of the house, went over our itinerary for the week and made sure the house was full of the provisions we had requested. Went down with 4 clients and all stayed in the condo. The condo was the perfect size - big deck overlooking the water, full kitchen, 2 baths, 3 BR & a living room. There was a daily maid service, which was badly needed since we were a bunch of slobs. We rented a 6-person golf cart, which I highly recommend. We were approximately 2 miles away from the marina. I would recommend this side for a little more peace and quiet or if you are traveling with kids.
If you are looking for the best of the best, this place is for you! The view, the house and its location are unsurpassed in our opinion. HRG was top notch in dealing with us upon our arrival and took care of any details in a very timely matter to make our stay a memorable one! Highly Recommended ......PURA VIDA!
HRG was absolutely first class. Luis Gonzalez was a pro at taking all work out of our vacation. Setting up all transportation, stocking the condo with food and drink, getting us dinner reservations and the best restaurants, front row seats to the hermosa beach surf competition, booking the best fishing charter. The HRG staff thinks of everything so you can just sit back and enjoy yourself. Trust me, I travel the world and these guy provide world class service!
What awesome time we had ! HRG has a great team of people to deal with ,and very professional. The condo was excellent it was everything they said. Sometimes your a little hesitant but I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks Can't wait to see you next year !
We had arranged for 3 couples to go with us to fish for a couple of days. We chose Bella Vista 4C when we were there visiting last year. Everything was lovely! Our concierge, Luis, was great. He was informative, helped with everything from getting groceries to making reservations and he was always on call. He arranged our to/from airport transport and also expediting thru Customs.
