We booked our house thru HRG and it was just as listed. Great house with outstanding view of the ocean and marina . HRG set up our fishing trip and sent us an chef to help with meals. We planing on going back next year .
Had a very good vacation ecperience. Went with my family. The condo was spacious, clean, well equipped. Close to swimming pool, great for our kids. Getting in and out was easy, good customer service.
Condos at Los Suenos Del Mar 2J was by far, one of the best places i've stayed at while visiting Costa Rica. Private setting, great view, easy access to nearby restaurants and shops, easy access to front security gate. Entrance secured 24/7 which gave us an even greater sense of security. The Concierge team was very helpful in booking all of our tours and reservations. Luis Gonzales was amazing and the epitome of what customer service should be like. I stayed in this unit in September 2016. I had been to Los Suenos a couple of times and this property was new to me. HRG recommended it and to be honest, the pictures gave me pause. I was quite pleasantly surprised when I checked in! The unit has been upgraded, immaculately clean, and has a killer view. The location is excellent and the height of the complex enhances the view. Our stay at HRG was great the condo has all you need and more. The layout of the condo is big and with good space. Super clean and the cleaning staff is superb! The pools are very well kept clean and beautifull. Lovely place definetly will come back
Our stay at the Bay Residence Los Suenos resort was fabulous. The condo was beautifully decorated, great location and immaculately clean. Having access to the Beach Club amenities was a huge plus. The entire Los Suenos resort was impeccable - from the grounds to the restaurants and of course, everyone who work for the resort. It was a great way to wind down our last 5 nights in Costa Rica. Easy access to many areas / activities too.
A+! A great overall experience! The apartment was well furnished and well maintained and the HRG's service was excellent. Definitely my new favorite getaway spot!
