The property and location were fantastic. Meticulously kept grounds. Great layout and floor plan. Best of all, was the concierge services offered by Luis and the rest of the staff. Very helpful and accommodating.
This was my third stay at this location booked through HRG and the experience has always been excellent! Customer service is readily available and friendly and the premises are kept in top shape. HRG, and particularly Ricardo, have made me a faithful customer. This is always my first choice and the one I always recommend to friends and family.
Our family of 3 generations -- from 4-74 -- had the most wonderful experience. It was our best vacation ever! Casa Tropical was the headquarters, and we added a condo at Los Suenos to fit us all. The house has comfortable, spacious bedrooms with lovely bathrooms. The shared spaces were perfect for gathering, talking, eating, swimming. All 9 kids from 4 to 15 lived in the pool between terrific excursions to surf, zip-line, see the monkeys, all arranged by the responsive, good-humored concierge Luis. Costa Rica and particularly the area in and around Los Suenos is beautiful, it makes for a relaxing atmosphere, yet has the location that allows the adventurous in your party to enjoy sport fishing, surfing, zip lining, mountain ATV trails and river adventures.
