The unit was very clean and very nice, with awesome views of the ocean. The resort is immaculate and incredibly well maintained. The resort was also very safe. The ocean in front of the resort is fairly sedate and excellent for swimming.
This was an immaculate condo in a picture perfect location. We enjoyed hearing the birds in the morning and listening to the waves at night from our lovely patio.The rooms are tastefully furnished, the kitchen well equipped and the layout and room proportions very well done. Ample closet space. We really felt at home. Luis and the rest of the HRG staff made sure of that.
Mike and his staff got us taken care of last minute, very professional and made our stay amazing! They went out of there way on every detail.... We will be going back soon!
The condo was even better than expected and the pictures did not do it justice. But what made my experience so outstanding was HRG, the team is awesome. From accommodating my every request (within reason) and promptly taking care of any issue that may have occurred. And the tiny things like letting you schedule the maid service to come at a time that would be convenient for you to pre stocking the kitchen (for a small fee). We were throughly pleased with our condo. The unit was extremely clean and had breathtaking views. I would re-rent this condo in a heartbeat! Luis, our concierge, was very accommodating and helpful.
We LOVED staying at the Bella Vista condo - it was above and beyond. Gorgeous, well appointed, housekeeping was ON POINT and Luis was a valuable asset as our Concierge. THANK YOU for allowing our family to experience this place that felt much like our own home.
Our trip to Costa Rica and our stay at Los Suenos of HRG Properties was unforgettable. I had never been before and did not know what to expect, but my experience surpassed anything imaginable. The villa was a exquisite, the community was safe and full of friendly smiles, the location was exotic, the views were from a painting, and the serenity was from a dream. We work in video production projects, and we love to stay and spend our time off in great places to renew our energies, prepare our equipment and have good night sleeps. Last week we stayed at this property and we LOVE IT! Place is absolutely clean, quiet, large areas, comfy beds, super clean bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen for our meals.
