Upon registering and checking in, I was instructed to take a seat. I waited over an hour and I had to ask if I had been forgotten. The gentleman took my paperwork to the back somewhere. When he returned, he explained they were running behind. He pointed towards the back. I realized there was an X-ray waiting room. I also noticed a gentleman called people right by the X-ray room. I had both an xray and ultrasound scheduled. 2 different tests. In and out within an hour. Minimal waiting. The whole process is well managed.

The staff and technicians are very professional, friendly and kind. The ambience at the facility is like it would be at a spa. Soothing and calm. I have had many visits here over the years and always had the same great service.

I was accommodate for the STAT test but had to call three times for the result and the results were made available after the third call 4 days after the test. Results were abnormal and I had to scramble to get another STAT order for another imaging.
