I didn't have to wait very long. The initial contact and information taking was very cordial and helpful. The MRI was noisy and my back hurt so much I couldn't stand or walk at first when it was over. Maybe a good idea to have people with back problems take something beforehand?

I arrived almost an hour early because I had another appointment. I checked in using my smartphone, so the process was smooth. I was shown to the waiting room and was killing time on my smartphone until I was suddenly called. I left earlier than my appointment time. The waiting room was very clean. Overall, the reception staff were very polite, the waiting room was clean, the X-ray technician was very professional, and I was seen on time.
