I was checked in promptly with no wait. Called in a few minutes later. Test was completed quickly. Tech was pleasant and explained everything fully. Results came two days later as she’d said they would.

I did not have to wait long at all for my cray. In the past I have waited more than an hour for mammograms & ultrasounds in a cold waiting room. Much better service for the cray.

Medical technician and receptionist did their jobs very well. I was taken care of swiftly & professionally. Only negative experience was trying to use the check-in electronic devices…the entire system was down & in need of updating or rebooting-very unsatisfactory to see all those tablets around and not usable - with many frustrated patients
