I went in as walk in for preop chest x-ray. I was registered promptly & got my x-ray within 15 minutes.

The ultrasound technician ( I think her name was Julia?) was very gentle and explained what she was going to do. The check in receptionist was friendly and efficient. While I was waiting in the reception area for my appointment, I heard another technician talking with a patient who told the technician that she was still waiting for her friend so that she can go in with her to the ultrasound appointment for moral support. I scheduled an MRI. I had to change my original appointment and found them very accommodating and informative. On the day of appointment after checking in, they called me into the back right on time the technician (forgot his name) was very informative the entire process from downing up to explaining the exam process to starting an IV (for MRI with and without contrast) to the noise the machine makes to how long the test takes. Very well done!
