I was able to go into the MRI room soon after my appointment time, the instructions were clear, and the process seemed to be smooth. No complaints

My only complaint is that you told me to come at noon and I wasn’t taken into the back until 12 :40. Otherwise, the experience was good.

Very helpful and professional staff. I’m autistic so they made me feel very comfortable. TV was quiet in waiting room. Always appreciate that. I was the first appointment so everything went well and fast. Very physically comfortable in machine during imaging. I have a fused next and asked for a pillow and what I was given worked perfectly. Images and report came back very fast. Very happy also to have access to them online myself. Very handy.
