I had a fall, needed imaging. They took me right away, made it so easy!
All staff werecwsrm, pleasant, and conducted their business, efficiently and professionally.
Was easy to schedule test at a convenient time. Check-in was fast and efficient. All personnel from check-in desk to test administrator were very good at what they did, polite, and efficient. Overall experience was positive.
I was made comfortable, the female technician explained everything to me. There was also.a male technician who started the IV he also made me feel comfortable. The experience was great’ I didn’t get anyone’s name ☹️

Very efficient. Technicians and front staff were very pleasant. Went for two different scans (MRI and ultrasound) and both were a pleasant experience. Wish you were still handling mammograms; can’t say the same for Radnet…that was poorly handled.
