Lobby area was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. I was taken into my appointment in around 10 minutes, and the tech specialist was kind and professional. She answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable. I'll never like that we have to pay for parking and there's not easy street parking available, but I do like that you're close enough to Salted Butter that I can get a good croissant. ;)

it was great, always is. Everyone on your staff there is wonderful! Thank them and thank you! I don"t remember everyones names, but it was Sunday, the 4th of October, my original appointment time was for 2:30, but they called and got me in earlier then my scheduled appointment time.
