This place is well organized. My wait was short. The employee at the desk checked me in, and about ten minutes later, the technician came to get me. She explained the procedure, did it, and I was able to go. She told me the result of the procedure, to my relief. Everything went smoothly.

I cannot say enough about my technician, Briesa. Throughout the entire process she was friendly and professional. I get claustrophobia but she was so good that I was able to relax for the procedure. You have a good one there.

Mostly very good. Only issues were a) I had to wait over 1/2 an hour past my appointment time, and b) they had the head test positioned backwards and my forehead was resting on a bar instead of a pillow. Very uncomfortable. Luckily, the attendant asked how I was doing about 6 minutes into it and I asked her to adjust the pillow to make it more comfortable. That’s when she discovered it was in backwards.

I was so surprised by how good the service was. I needed to get a CT scan done quickly. I went to the closet facility near my doctor. I just dropped in, which is usually an automatic no-no. They checked and were able to see me right away. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!
