Patrick came in with an enthusiastic attitude, sharing how he really likes carpet cleaning. He got to work-and boy did he put muscles into the job. Our carpet is only 11 months old, but he made it fluffier than ever. Cat pee has been removed. We're very happy.
I have a Karastan carpet with silk, smart twist fibers that requires special care when cleaning. Doug took extra steps in cleaning to protect the fibers from damage. He had to come back out a second time but got it clean. Hydro Clean guarantees their work and cheerfully made the 2nd trip to make sure I was satisfied. I had a good experience. The carpet looks great after cleaning. The gentleman who cleaned it was professional and took the time to do it correctly. Although my carpet wasn't dirty (because no one wears shoes on it) it still needed cleaning to preserve the fibers. It took longer to dry than I was told but that wasn't a problem. Thank you.
