He was here before he was due, we were called first and asked if he could come early. He did a great job with our carpet. We had had it done in May and the spots all returned. the technician get every one of them out and our carpet looks great. It dried a lot quicker than I expected and my house was left in good order. Will definitely use again and recommend to my friendsl.
Very happy with the service. Jason called and was able to come earlier than his scheduled time, which was great. He was polite and hard working. He was able to get stains out that he and I both thought would be impossible to remove. My carpets are old and had not been cleaned in 4 years, and he worked hard to get them clean. I had my whole house done and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again.
These people really know what they are doing and will make sure everything is done right. Highly recommended.
Carpets look and smell so good. Technician was polite, fast and efficient. Price was fair and competitive. My only complaint would be that he tracked dirt from outside in on our hardwood floors. I would recommend sending your technicians with "booties" that go over their work shoes that they take off when going outside and put back on when they come inside.

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry he trached in dirt. I will be addressing this in our weekly meeting. The technicians are supposed to have moving blankets on the vans to lay down over hardwood at the entrance to homes. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you
I had an excellent experience with Hydro Clean, beginning with setting the appointment, timeliness of those who did the cleaning, and finally with the communication following job. Most importantly, the carpets were clean!
From the beginning it was great. Brandon called to see if he could come sooner and I was happy to have him earlier. He even got stains out of my carpet that I never thought would have come out. My older children had plenty of questions for him (even after I tried to shoo them away from him) and he was SUPER polite the whole time and answered all their questions.
