Very pleased with service and staff very pleasant, like the extended hours, hard for me to make appointments without the later hours and having hours on Sat.

I took my car in for service, and was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service I received. The person who checked me in (Patty Wagner) was courteous, knowledgeable, took time to listen to all my descriptions of my car's problem, let me know what the diagnosis was, she gave me a ballpark time that they'd get to my car ... and beat that time estimate :) On top of all that, the waiting area offered Starbucks :D Super professional all around ... great experience. Amanda , was outstanding !!! I have had her different times when I would go in to have my car serviced . She always makes me feel right at home and explains everything what was done to my car and questions I may have. She not only cares about my car but also myself as a customer. I also like the waiting area .

My husband and I went to I90 Nissan in hopes of getting me a new, reliable vehicle to replace my old SUV. Between our Salesman, John McBennett, and the finance manager, Wayne Thomas, not only did we get an awesome new Nissan Sentra but they worked so hard to get us a comfortable price considering our not so hot credit. I have to go on a Saturday due to my work schedule so it is usually busy . I was told my wait would be between an hour to 1.5 hrs . It wasn't even an hour and I was done . The waiting area is very nice and roomy and they have complimentary snacks and beverages as well as free WI - FI . Very nice experience .
