Kerwin and Mark are excellent salesmen. They were sensitive to my needs and concens. They carefully reviewed the models and options available. The introduction to my new car was comprehensive. I actually did enjoy the process and my new car.

Previous owner of my Frontier had the vehicle serviced more than once at his Cleveland area dealership due to the dome light and cargo light flashing whenever there was a bump in the road. From a call to that dealership it was learned that the door latch assembly had been replaced. The problem was not corrected. The vehicle was traded in at a different dealership and I purchased it with less than the 36,000 mile warranty limit. The blinking light was very annoying. I took my car in for service, and was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service I received. The person who checked me in (Patty Wagner) was courteous, knowledgeable, took time to listen to all my descriptions of my car's problem, let me know what the diagnosis was, she gave me a ballpark time that they'd get to my car ... and beat that time estimate :) On top of all that, the waiting area offered Starbucks :D Super professional all around ... great experience.
