A service representative met me before I exited my vehicle and began the service visit immediately. I gave the information she requested and signed the necessary paperwork and headed to the waiting area. The wait time was normal, the waiting area was clean and inviting. It was an all around pleasant experience.
Miles and the staff were AWESOME.. Get up and walk to this dealership for phenomenal customer service and a great new car! How are the roads? Great now in my van thanks to these guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

no waiting , oil and filter change in timely manner. and charges were reasonable. would recommend to get Nissan car serviced without hesitations. Mr. ross was pretty friendly and explained work to be done and answered all the questioned on multipoint check up
I am a super busy single mom and only have one day a week after work to do anything. Ernie was able to complete most of the process online and answer all of my upfront questions. In the past I have spent up to 7 hours buying a car... I walked in the door after work at 5:00pm and was leaving in my new car at 7:20pm. I got a brand new 2017 Nissan Altima with the wonderful help of Earnie and Miles. Earnie got me into I90 Nissan very quickly from my internet inquiries. Buying a car isn't one of my favorite things, but this is our fourth vehicle with Mark D and I-90 Nissan and he makes it so easy. We tell him what we are looking for and he gets us the cost. The cost he gives in actually the price you pay. No last minute extra charges. We take the car for a test drive or overnight, then we buy. Quick and efficient, plus Nissan is a great product.
