A service representative met me before I exited my vehicle and began the service visit immediately. I gave the information she requested and signed the necessary paperwork and headed to the waiting area. The wait time was normal, the waiting area was clean and inviting. It was an all around pleasant experience.

I am a super busy single mom and only have one day a week after work to do anything. Ernie was able to complete most of the process online and answer all of my upfront questions. In the past I have spent up to 7 hours buying a car... I walked in the door after work at 5:00pm and was leaving in my new car at 7:20pm.
