They listened to my concerns while making a phone call to set up an appointment, adjusted my needs before I arrived on my service needs, and called me to discuss additional needs we had not discussed before any further action taken, I felt like I was getting a fair assessment of what I wanted done snd what Nissan felt was needed.
Buying a car isn't one of my favorite things, but this is our fourth vehicle with Mark D and I-90 Nissan and he makes it so easy. We tell him what we are looking for and he gets us the cost. The cost he gives in actually the price you pay. No last minute extra charges. We take the car for a test drive or overnight, then we buy. Quick and efficient, plus Nissan is a great product.
I called to make an appointment in advance and was told I didn't need an appointment, just come in. I did just that. I was helped immediately. Oil change, maintenance, and tire rotation. Also, had two questions that were answered immediately. Service Advisor, Ross Lungaro wrote up my maintenance request which was completed as expected. He answered all my questions and reviewed the invoice when the work was completed. I waiting area is very comfortable.
Mark D was friendly and helpful from initial contact after an Internet inquiry throughout the entire buying experience! He asked me what I was looking for and really listened and provided reasonable options. I never felt the "pressure" I have experienced at other dealerships. We have bought several cars in our lives from all sorts of dealerships. The experience we had at I-90 Nissan was exceptional. We had called ahead to make sure the car we had identified was still on the lot. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately by one of the salesmen. Service was timely, efficient and thorough. I was especially pleased that the mechanic was able to make a repair of a part rather than the usual just replace. From sales to service this place is the way it should be done.
